A healthy smoothie, full of naturally detoxifying veggies and fruit to help you feel great this spring.
Ingredients
- 1 cup green tea, cooled
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale, (or other baby greens)
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 avocado
- Optional Additions:
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/2 tablespoon maca, cacao, and/or spirulina
- 1 serving of your preferred protein or green superfood powder such as the Purium Power Shake.
Instructions: Place ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Serves 1.
